Well here goes.

First, I see lots of potential here. That being said I'm not happy with where the program is at.

I got xboter to get more contextual links and as it supports tons of platforms I thought this would be exactly what I wanted. Turns out that this tool isn't really set up to deliver what I need.

I do like the scraper and the included proxy service so getting targets wasn't a problem plus I ran my normal lists to get sites to register and post to. After a day or so I was able to get 31k unique domains in the "web 2.0" category. The following platforms were in the 31k.

An impressive list of platforms to be sure but how well does xboter register to them?

The first run I did was socket only so most of these sites were automatically excluded because socket support is pretty limited at this time. Fine. Even so I was able to register around 1400 sites, not bad. Keep in mind I was using CaptchaBreaker only with 5 retries.

So I figure I'll try to submit an article to these sites. So I import an article from kontent machine with a link embedded in the content. Problem, the spin didn't unspin when submitting. Not sure if spintax is supported in the article fields. So I submit a straight article instead.

I run the submitter to the 1400 sites in both socket and IE mode. I got a pathetic 10 submissions and most of the ones I got had no link in them.

I submitted a ticket over 24 hours ago about the best platforms to go after but xboter support hasn't gotten back to me.
 
For those who are applying review copy, pls wait us. As there will be some big upgrades recently:

1. Add New Champaign/Project module like other tools
2. Add Day List Service for those who don't want scrape & filter list
3. Add a cheap Decaptcha Service with monthly subscription
4. Support Drupal blog comments and AA comments (a lot of users want it in feedback)

After all is done, I will open review copies to all of you.

Does xBoter have the option for additional platforms to be coded via some sort of parsed script, like with GSA SER? Or do additional platforms have to be added manually?
 
Can I have review copy please. I am interesting to purchase it, would be nice to test it firstly

I guess they are still working on the poster. I did purchase this and I think the scraper is worth the price of the whole package, any links you can create later are just going to be gravy on top as far as I'm concerned.
 
is there a monthly payment. Not because I cant afford it but because I am not sure of you. you will get lot more customers and lot more money. example instead of 100 dollars a year, if you put 10 dollars a month you make 20 dollars more.

Not sure if you been in the IM world long time but those of us that purchase lot of software, pay for the lifetime or lot of money for one time use then the creator disappears. I was just looking at this one about blog creator he disappeared for long time, his excuse emergency surgery, unfortunately that happens a lot or dog gets run over or something, then you have the others that just take off and never hear from again.
