Got my review copy from OP yesterday. The report contains blog posts from 2 PR5, 2 PR4, 2 PR3, 2 PR2 and 2 PR1 domains.

Quality of domains: Citation Flow is from 12-38. Trust flow from 5-33. PA from 19-42. DA from 7-31. The anchor text and backlink profile looks clean.

Quality of content: I'll have to disagree on content with OP. He promises the content to be HQ but I found it to be mediocre quality at best.

I can't say anything about serp impact as of this moment as it has already been a day but seeing the quality of domains I think it will improve the rankings.

The only thing I recommend OP to improve in is the quality of content, otherwise this service is great.

Backlink Profile of the sites is good.
PA is >20 for every site , it goes upto 53 for one site.

Also the most important thing is all sites are related to Finance niche and look like Authority Blogs with clean layout.The posts include related images too.

Overall Review :
If you own a site in Finance Niche , I will recommend you to have contextual niche related links.
