After 10 days...25 backlinks...is it good? Still N/A is the Google....

I can report for people on here that it has now been 20 days since i started out of the 125 links i was suppose to get checking with ahrefs the following has changed:

on the 7th of March I had 191 referring domains now i have 236 an increase of 45
on the 7th of March I had 253 backlinks now i have 285 an increase of 32
on the 7th of March my URL rank was 23 now it is 30
on the 7th of March my Ahrefs Domain Rank was 42 now it is 46

On the 7th of March in google webmaster i had 1274 links to my site now i have 1345 an increase of 71

I know the 30 days isn't up yet and google can take time to index as can ahrefs probably but this is not the promised 125 back links i paid for yet, Site traffic has not yet improved to any great degree

I am in 4th (last) week, and for some strange reasons, I am not even in first 100 ...
it's not premature to say, it does not work for me,
actually I will wait few more days to get report with 125 links - and then I will do a review,
but after 3 and half weeks nothing happened, no improvement whatsoever

...not very happy about spending 150$ for something which did not work completely
I don;t know how others urls and KWs performed,
mine - 0 improvement so far, and as I understand links will be deleted after 4th week,
so even if they will pop up into first 5 position in the last few days (which after seeing how it performed so far is rather impossible)
this service is still much more expensive then buying adwords
for 150$ at least for 7-days I would be on position 1-3 in google adwords,
where here, 30 days contract is finishing, with no improvement and 3 KW still struggling around 150-200 position on google

SAPE links are usually from .ru domains , if you notice any russian pages or characters in your backlink profile then that's a strong sign
