Have these EPN been activated? or is it the email waiting there. the "Proxy" you provide us - is it just gonna be the VPN / VPS you used to apply?

It will already be activated. Why? Because EPN frowns on an unpromptly activated EPN account these days. And with the same IP address used as these accounts created, it's practically a "transparent transfer" of these accounts to my clients, and there won't be any "sudden" IP address changes since my clients will be using this very same IP. There is a guide included outlining how to do this and more extra cautionary measures guide that you can do on your own, such as using multiple firefox profiles and my own code to create a dos script to access these mutliple profiles easily (forget cleaning up your cookies everytime), and even utilizing virtual machines exclusively to access these accounts.

so this "proxy" will be a dedicated IP or VPN / VPS that you will give us access to for $10 for the lifetime of the EPN? what was this "1 month" policy you had.

The IP is renewable for every month. Even if you don't renew, the IP will stick there and is yours for a long time. Most clients treat it like a discretionary cost (and I'm flexible and okay with it) and they usually come back to me and ask how to pay their past due bill.
