OP - Where is the package for $42 as per your thread title? The cheapest I can see is $60, less 20% which makes it $48. Was this an oversight? Am I missing something?

Sorry, you are right. It was a mistake on my part. I will try to fix it. Yes the first package with 20% off is $48.

1. Can you drip feed all of these over 30 days, such that roughly the same number of links are added every day?

2. Can you give some metrics (PR, Moz, Majestic Seo, Ahref) of the domains or can you give us some sample domains?
