No, it doesn't involve any of the things you listed, in addition it doesn't contain any linkbuilding to your links.
As said couple of times already, it uses only Google approved techniques listed on their own Guideline pages. Thats the reason it is good to be used for indexing your own sites.
Well, depending on the links you submit. If you submit links that don't point to the same site, there's no need of dripfeeding. However if you submit links pointing to same site, yes dripfeeding is good to be used.

Review: Short and simple!
WARNING: You better know what you are doing because this is a very, very powerful indexing service. It will get your list index fast and so when you are submitting, think about the links you are submitting, check i they are google indexed URL, think if those are a bad neighborhood links because once you've submitted then there's no turning back. This service will affect your link builiding campaign(s) either make you or break you. So, my advice is to set it on a drip feed fashion, its for your own safety. I'm testing this service since few weeks, I'm impressed with the output, Links are being indexed instantly. I have got 3 months trial on this service, Probably I will buy subscription to this service once it gets expired as this service is worth every single penny. I have used over many indexing service such as linklicious, lindexed and many others but i never have got such impressive result even instantly. See this Screenshot i only submitted few links earlier to check this system.
Communication: 10/10 - Communication with the OP is very friendly. OP replies all query, He is superb fast indeed!
Speed: 10/10 - This service is fast as F-16, Instant result and Impressive System
Price: 10/10 - I'm willing to pay more than what they are currently charging(If I ever subscribe), For the kind of service the price is really less.
Overall: 9.5/10 - Dripfeed system is quite slow though, Please keep up this system live as long as it gives good result you will get potential customer.
