I dont want to be a party breaker but the seller uses CognitiveSeo for data processing, they have an tool that checks for "bad links", this in theory because if you analyze your competitors you will se that most of them, rank with "those bad links", and they are in top 5 for a long time so they didnt get penalised for using those links.
Before using such a service, you should check manualy the backlinks to be sure you are not removing backlinks that give you juice, most of the time its enough to take the backlinks from Google Webmaster tools.

I sent you a few emails regarding the backlink removal for 2 websites that I ordered the service for. Supposedly you did the backlink removal but I submitted the disavow file and google has still denied both websites. Can you respond please?
