I decided to give it a go and see how we do.
site 1 - no manual penalty...but a bit of penguin.
site 2 - partial match manual penalty.

Sharma got rellay a good job...and the third reconsideration got the site out of penalty; this is the third site under penalty that i gave to him and all the 3 sites are now with penalty removed. Support is really professional and they work really hard to satisfy customers..they send me for all 3 times disavow files and reconsideration request files..also they make documents to proof to google staff they had contacted by email webmasters to ask them to remove bad link ( with screenshot ).
For sure the best service i bought on BHW!!

We have submitted a disavow big list on Webmaster Tools and I was thinking that now that my penalty is removed, there are no more powerful links to my website?

We always recommend our clients for wait least 5-7 days before start another offpage campaign,i strongly recommend you to stay away from low quality private blog networks and also avoid guest posts. If possible try to use brand keywords, Generic keywords and long tail relevant keywords as anchor text via web 2.0 related natural link properties.
