Case study.
Okay, despite all the recent negatieve reviews about the TAT, I gave this service a try because of the quality - price
I contacted James on Skype and we discussed quantity, quality, needs etc etc. James was very kind and very responding.
I spoke to him about the reviews given on BHW about the TAT and that I was a little hesitating. He understand my concern but my project would be assigned immediately and TAT would be 10 business days. Within 24 hours I would recieve a confirmation mail.
So, I placed the order.
36 hours later no mail. I contacted James, No respond but an hour later I had the confirmation mail.
He mentioned in the mail: "The current TAT is longer than usual, and we'd like to apologize for that. We are currently accommodating the peak season and is why we would need to adjust our timelines."
15 business days now.. hmmz.. So I ask him on skype about it.
He's online, but no respond.
Just checked my account:

You were lucky and this con has to do something to stay in business. If he keep on to scam people there will be no one left to SCAM. I have still not received my refund and this guy ignored my request! Just wait, the next customer will soon post here once this SCAM artist start his show again... I say STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

This he told me the last 1 year where I have submitted articles, he is a total SCAM.
