So far I'm not recommending Epic Write. I am by no means an unreasonable kind of guy, but to wait 20 days for 13 articles of 150 words is taking the biscuit. Along with their broken website system which doesn't properly operate on Firefox, I am so far quite displeased with the service I have been offered.

Certainly, Epic Write may be extremely busy with the number of articles they have to write, I am in no doubt that this is the case but to simply not tell me that my order is in a queue or to provide zero communication I think requires improvement. See it from my perspective.
