After placing a nice successful order 1 month ago, I placed a 4 x 1500 words and 5 x 1000 words order on June 10th.
It's been 18 days and the projects are still pending and the OP of this thread didn't reply to my PM for 2 days which is not cool when it comes to handling support for a BST.

I had in mind to move some the content I have to create to my customers to epicwrite but obviously they can't handle ( for now) serious orders if they need 18 days + for $100 orders.

As mentioned, I had 2 projects sent on 10th of June. One was 6000 words and the other one was 5000 words.

After 16 days, the 6000 words came uncomplete.
Now, after 20 days+ the other one is still pending.

Same, I've tried to contact Skype support and there was no answer.
Sent a PM to the OP of this thread 12 hours ago, still no answer.


Horrible experience, won't come again ever.
