I bought 8 articles but i only received 4 articles and they were due on nov 28 and i still haven't received them !! i tried contacting support but no answer ! plus i ordered 7 more articles on nov 27 and I am supposed to receive them on dec 2 but i havent recieved anything !!! please reply

- This is the first thing I pay attention to, seeing to it that many people will offer article-writing services, and will give you material at a low cost that may pass all the copyright verifications, however, the language would immediately tell you the article was not created by the hands of a native / well-versed English speaker. This article was very well-written, for the most part. I did not give it a 10, because I feel that no matter what, there's always room for improvement. Nobody, to my knowledge, is perfect. I deducted .25 point, due to the fact that it wasn't written as I'd have done it, which, if you're OCD about some things, you'd understand. I'll have to revise the work, using some of my own dialect, which will cost me time, however, it would have cost much more time, had I needed to write the entire thing, myself. I deducted .25 point, due to the fact that I handed over some keywords, and the article only made mention of each keyword once, and all keywords appeared within the first 3 paragraphs, that one time. 5 paragraphs remained, without mention of a single keyword. It's minor, but looks odd, to me. I deducted a full point, because there was no ending to the article. Sure, there was a period at the end of the sentence, but in all honesty, the article just stopped. The good news, however, is that this quality article is sufficient enough to place onto my money site, with just a small amount of revision required, in order to suit my liking. Others will surely feel comfortable with simply copy/pasting the article to their sites and pressing PUBLISH (assuming you're utilizing WordPress).

- This wasn't so important to me, solely due to the fact that this was for a review article. However, this was important to me, because this was for a review article. Let me explain... If you know my intent is to try your service and provide an in-depth review, your aim should be to have as strong of a review as humanly possible, so that no negative words about your product or service can be honestly spoken/written. This was not the case, in this instance. Sure, the TAT wasn't horrible. I placed my order on 11-27-2013, and received my article at 12-06-2013, which is slightly longer than the 3 days I was quoted, however, I understand there was a holiday weekend, in the middle of the order. Much of my lenience derived from that simple issue of timing. The other thing that made the blow just a bit lighter for me, was the fact that this article is for a new money site, which I've not yet even attempted to get indexed by Google, yet. I have time on my side for receiving this article. At least, for now, I do. This will be a major problem for me in the coming weeks, as I intend to have a long-term solution with a fairly high demand.

- I would recommend this service for anyone looking to save time on creating written work. The quality is solid, and the TAT isn't terrible. I'd imagine this would be the company to turn to if you're in need of multiple articles, at once. This way, you won't be required to wait the lengthy timeframe to receive each separate article. Order, in bulk, perhaps 7-10 articles per week or something. This way, you'll always have a supply. I think with just a few minor tweaks, this service will be more than worthy to suit my needs, and I feel this has actually been one of the better article-writers I've seen. I'm a rather harsh critic, so while the ratings I provided may seem low, I ensure you they're not! Overall, I'm satisfied and would certainly not mind using this service again & again! The price is fair for the return.

Is it just me but when I tried to preview or submit my project the website would stall and wouldn't submit the information. I've tried on chrome and safari and it happens on both browsers.
