The price is cheap but I'm not sure it's worth it.
I don't mind paying higher prices for better services and there are plenty of places to get 24-48 hour turnarounds at the $0.02 per word rate, which is just a little bit higher.
With Epic, you could end up waiting weeks to get your content back like I am. If you don't have deadlines, clients that need content fast, or you're not running a business and just ordering for your own sites, sure, but this slow and inconsistent turnaround isn't working for me.
I was told 8-10 business days as a turnaround time on my orders. It has currently already passed 8 business days - I ordered the morning of the 11th - Monday will be the 9th business day and I have received nothing.
I contacted them yesterday morning and was told now it's now going to be more like 20 business days. That's an additional 10 business days and outrageous. I can't do business like this. As anyone with high paying SEO clients knows, your content turnaround time is everything. Your whole business relies on your content.
At this rate I'll likely be looking at a full month to get my content, which is unacceptable to me but they insisted they've made a lot of progress so canceling isn't possible...
I was told they would send me what they have done of my orders yesterday, but then I didn't receive it and have yet to hear a response back after I sent them an email asking where the content was.

Between my orders ^ I've paid them over $800 and if they truly had a solid writing team as described, they'd have a much faster delivery time and prioritize their higher paying clients a little better. I'm hoping they'll see this and understand I need that half of the content as they said they'd have, by Monday, and I need some reassurance the rest of the order will come through a lot faster than me having to wait an additional 8-10 business days.
I'm more than happy to let you deliver what you have done and we can cancel the REST of the order, letting you keep the money for what has already been completed. Whatever you can do to make this right, let's do it. But right now I'm not being helped out at all.
