Hey bro, glad to see this thread is finally approved!
George hooked me up with a 20 pack of the Brand Builder Club about 1 month ago in anticipation of this thread.
This is the movement so far for my 2 term kw, 135k exact match keywords in a very tough niche, here's a screenshot:
1. The domains I got links from are on average PR3-4, PA/DA 35-50 with very strong back links pointing to them.
2. Content is actually very good, not spun or anything - each article is unique and passes copyscape.
Not exactly sure how he's able to provide such quality at the prices listed here? But I guess he has some special hookups.
Now here's a sample*back link profile of one of the sites:*
These sites are really nice and the fact that they're hosted on separate accounts makes these links a steal. This is definitely a "buy" if you want your site to rank.
CONCLUSION: 10/10 from me in terms of quality and results. Cheers man

Got a review copy - root domain had a citation flow of 42 and trust flow of 20. Has some aged links from a variety of sources (rottentomatoes, cbsnews, wikipedia, huffingtonpost, etc.). Fairly well written content (readable, done manually, stylized), great TAT and no communication problems. If the other domains are this good, then this service is a definite winner. The fact that you can get access to these types of sites should help with putting you ahead of your competitors (unless of course they're using this service too). Definitely worth the price of admission.
