Thanks for the nice comments guys. Hopefully someone will pick it up and make it into the earner that I know it can be. For me its just sitting there (along with a few other sites) and I just had a reality check that I don't have time to work on all of them

Not a bad idea, but to be honest I dont have time for that even Or more to the point, I wouldnt be making any contribution to the JV, so I dont think ti would be fair.

Anyway, I sold the site now
