First of all I need to mention, that customer support is the way to go.The OP shows best practice here and serve with eloquence. Not as an usual (pre-)salesman,with $$$ in the eyes, but the OP tries to offer solutions. That is, what I am looking for and so I am satisfied in this part of service.
Hey, but at the end of the day, we need to pay our bills and so I have to talk about invests and returns,or indirectly about SEO,too.
All my kws/urls are increasing slowly, but strong. Oh and my my kws are highly competitive. BTW, I want to mention, that you will find services, , where you will pay nearly 3 times more and won`t get good results like at OP`S service.
I used it for the second time, now, but I am going to use it as long as I have this experience with OP.

I bought a robolite package for a small site of mine. The articles are high quality (surely would pass a manual check). I also got a little bonus which made me even more satisfied from choosing this service. It was christmass time and the new year but they still managed to deliver in time - TAT was exactly 10 days.
I would recomend the service cause i really see the job well done. I will write more on the effects in future.

We do not have too many health related sites, however i will send you detailed pm on what we can do.
 
My site got some good increase in serps after I got the report. Pretty happy about that. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to change default wordpress themes to non-default ones. The default theme does not look good. Overall, this is a good service.
 
PM some samples please, hope you don't have a Indian paypal id, if that is the case can you PM an alternative method of payment ?

EDIT: Tried creating an order, however the 10% discount coupon is not working.
