Regarding to your reply's and also to your first post it seems that you are not selling anything.
Mine reasons are:

1. You didn't revealed the URL (why so secret ?)
2. You sell a new website (the earnings are daily increasing; from USD 100-200 to 400 daily)
You said the reason why you sell this website is because you have too many ...
3. You said that already sold on flippa a website for 10k in 2 days ... why don't you list this website to flippa? It past a long from when you start this thread....
4. You almost always have somebody interested in and nobody get the transaction finished.

Maybe you are true and I'm wrong, but these are my opinions and I shall post them.
