The VPS is down for almost 4 days, ticket is not answered for 3 days now. This is very unlikely since the quality of their VPS is usually high and response time is fast. Are you guys alright?

Simultaneously? I'd say either the Blackbox, or Elitebox option. You can always up/downgrade at any time as well if you find that your resource demands change.

Yes, our IP's are primarily located in the USA, Dallas TX to be exact. If you require a specific geo or country we can accommodate those needs as well. Just contact support.

No, we do not pre-install any tools for legal reasons. However we do offer replication services as well if you find that you need to duplicate & scale your current Windows VPS settings/configurations.

We don't allow spamming, or anything illegal. That being said - we don't monitor or restrict your usage in any way. So as long as you're being mail-compliant and/or using proxies to avoid abuse complaints from our DC you should be good to go. In the event we receive a complaint we always give you adequate enough time to identify and resolve the issue, we won't just 'cut you off'
