Skype replies take about 12 - 36 hours before my questions are answered. A bit discouraging. I have a pending question now on their Skype which is currently at "Away" for like almost a day now.

Not sure who you are, but we don't have any pending or unanswered Skype messages. Feel free to email me or PM me if you're still seeking support. Although we're on Skype as much as possible, our contact form and email ticket system are constantly monitored and will likely generate a more rapid response if the questions are time critical.
