If you're trying to build your site as a real brand, then yea this is the perfect addition to your campaign. Can't really show you a sample report but I can give you an idea of how many outlets the PR will hit.

I keep getting questions about the difference between the packages, besides the lower TAT on the first draft, the Premium and Premium Plus are guaranteed to hit Google News, Bing news etc. The Standard package alone has a chance of hitting G news, but it's not guaranteed.
