I was just about to order, but was thrown off by the information you require on the landing page. I am sure it is to protect who is getting the lists and tracking leaks and minimizing those, just dont think I should have to put my personal name, forum, Username and email down just to get to the order page list. Can I just send you the money on paypal and then you send me the list?

Those are just basic details which every single transaction online requires you to provide. I'm not sure why you feel violated if you are required to include your name to purchase something. Even a manual PP transaction will have your details on it.

Well usually people dont ask for Username, forum I am from and my personal name all in the same place to buy something. What if I dont want to link all of those together for any seller or merchant? But anyways this list looks tempting, would love to have it.
