Hi guys, having a busy Sunday today, going to eat some breakfast and I will come back to select some folks for free reviews and answer all of the questions on the thread.

I would like a review copy and more details on how you do this. All of my sites are local service companies, and I hate doing citations, but I hate winding up with crappy ones worse.

1. How consistent is the information from citation to citation?

2. How many pictures do you upload, and do you upload video?

3. Do you ping the final listing until it gets indexed?

4. When dealing with existing citations, do yyou claim unclaimed ones, or skip them?

5. What percentage of citations out of 30 will stick, and same for reviews?

6. Is Houzz included?

7. Are these made manually or with software (my concern here is the category, or rather what happens when my category is not a direct match and an appropriate category has to be chosen).

8. If the site already has citations,will the ones you create be on different platforms?

9. What are the trust and citaton flow metrics (generally) on the various location specific directories. (I am concerned here with winding up with low quality listings rather than high quality ones.)

10. I specifically need information about Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Fort Worth Texas, Memphis TN, Chico California, Desoto County Mississippi, Toronto, and London.

If you can satisfy my personal standards, I have a good bit of work for you. A review copy will help me decide.

A lot of good questions, thanks for the post. I have numbered them to make it easier.

1. Because consistency is important for citations, we make sure your info is consistent across all citations made.

2. We can upload a picture and if you have a video you want included we can do that too, but I haven't run across many sites that accept video.

3. No, we don't ping these with a normal order but there is an option to hit your citation with tweets if you want them.

4. This is kind of a trick question. If there is a citation on a site then it's already been submitted, we would skip it. If you have had existing citation work done then its best to send us your previous reports so we can work around them. I am introducing a citation audit option in the next couple weeks.

5. All 30 should stick as long as the business is legitimate... Business directories are looking for real businesses and don't remove legitimate submissions from what I have seen. I should also mention here that I over-deliver on your order as well, so you're going to get more than 30...

6. Depending on the business and the niche, it may or may not be included. Each business will have its own custom master list built for it.

7. These are manual.

8. I think I answered this in #4.

9. This is a good question and I have some local SEOs that are more concerned with landing citations on lesser-known niche sites and other SEOs more concerned with getting landed on the major citation sites. IMO it is best to have a mixture of both and I would be careful adopting backlink thinking to citations because they are a bit different.

10. Please see #6, the location of the business also plays a part in what sites we dig up for it.

That is a good question. Each list we build for each client and site is totally different, so for each order we typically submit to different sites. However, if you want the most punch for your buck I would recommend leaving in the comments of the order form that you want the highest PR citation sites done first.

This is for your long term goals for your small business. It took a few weeks to get back my reports, so be patient if you order this service. That said, it's great.

I had already done a lot of citations but Andrew found about 45 more that he added. He did a LOT of research on the business and found ways to take the work I did and improve upon it. The work was manually done and I don't see any evidence that anything was automated. If it was, it doesn't matter. It's as natural as if I did it myself, and I know how long it takes to do citations properly. If you need local citations, the price is totally worth it. Fantastic stuff.
