I am still waiting for a response about my orders since the 21st of December. I received my reports at least 3 weeks late and trying to resolve issues but no response.

In fact I had the same issue. I did receive the report some time back but found some issues. I sent an email to Altec on the suport desk but no response from him. I am not sure whats going on here.

What the hell is going on, I ordered 4 packages for 4 different websites and received the reports either 3 weeks late or 4 weeks late and when I checked the reports the majority of the links were not even there.
Some parts of what he was supposed to do had not even been done and I had to raise that to Altec before he redid 2 of the reports. Still haven't received the social signals either and he promised massive social signals due to the late delivery of the reports but I am yet to even receive what I was supposed to get from the start.
For example: part of his service includes a Weebly blog and a Tumblr blog, Did I get these? not until I sent an email and said this had not been done. And for the other 2 of my websites it still HAS NOT BEEN DONE.
Youtube video submissions: NONE whatsoever
Social signals: Less than what I paid for and haven't received any Google plus's
Plus the reports are so incomplete and my links are not even active on most of the pages. I even learnt more keywords to target because it seems he mixed my report with about 10 of his other clients reports, so I can easily see which other sites have been using his service, So obviously people must be able to see mine also.
I am trying to get this whole thing resolved via email so I wouldn't make his BST look bad etc but I have had no response since the 21st Dec. I can understand that it was Christmas but my orders should have been completed way before Christmas anyway. Oh and you can even check when I made my orders on this thread and check today's date also. I am really not happy about this service and I don't know what to do. Should I open a Paypal dispute?

I have filed paypal disputes for both of my transactions and it says that it has been over 45 days! Seems like Altec played it clever and is ignoring everyone on purpose so that it goes over the 45 day period. I hope I get my money back because I am not happy about this.
Shouldn't have been so nice as to give him so many chances to fix the problem :/

Wow, the service "looked" really nice... bad it had to go this way... I hope you guys get your money back

Please refund me my money as there is no update or report from your site. Ahrefs did not show you have done any back links. I appreciate that you refund me.

Hey guys,
This post is just an apology I want to make for some unfortunate business problems I experienced previously on this forum. A little while back, I was offering SEO services and started out with the best of intentions. I had a few clients and at first everything was going well but unfortunately after a while the work started to get on top of me as well as some issues in my personal life. It all got a bit too much and I had to take a break for a while.
The thing is, I never got around to refunding all my old clients. I tried to contact everyone once I had things back together but wasn't able to reach everyone. I'm posting here to make a public apology but most importantly, I'm requesting that anyone with outstanding payments notify me immediately so that I can give them a full refund.
I hope to do better in future and once I have fully refunded everyone I will be back with version 3.0 of my service. I promise things will be different this time and I have some pretty exciting plans for my business.
