You bought shares. Shares are for Google+ posts. If you post the video to your Google+ page then that is a share. You can get the link to this by clicking on the timestamp of the post. I explained all this to you in email responses. Claiming I didn't respond is simply false. I asked if you wanted Plus Ones instead becuase you clearly do not understand what a G+ share is. I have yet to receive a response to that message.

Your email responses are super short and few and far in between. I have sent you multiple emails and waited as long as 5 days to get a simple response. You know that. I know that. I DID state in my initial email that I did receive one reply when I made that initial post -"That was the only reply I ever got to date."
I asked for more clarification multiple times, asked for Google+ instead and after a further lack of correspondence on your part, asked for an immediate refund. Only THEN did you reply and finally start getting work done. I will wait and see what happens but your customer service is severely lacking, in particular the length of time it takes for you to answer emails/posts via your communication box on your website.

About how the job was coming along and how long it take to complete. How am I (or other customers) to know if the +1s have been built? Where's the proof? Are we just supposed to take your word for it? It would help a lot if you answered questions promptly as I don't enjoy writing on this blog just to get a response from you. This is the SECOND time this has happened.
