Hey man, just an fyi, using Chrome I had heck with the purchase process. I think it was with the creating account part. It would just keep spinning. I had to refresh and try again several times. Didn't end up registering or it registered me before submitting but the create account option disappeared. I don't know. It was weird. Purchase successful though!

Do you have a specific country in mind? We really only do US and worldwide. Google+ is still small and growing so specific countries are harder to narrow down.

The prices did change slightly and BHW doesn't make it easy to edit sales pages. You will add the pages and the Plus Ones needed before you order.
