but if i place the order today will you atleast be able to start the order today? i don't mind the likes coming slow but are you able to start the order right away?

All Orders of Pending is started but it takes 5-10 hours to see start of Likes. Because they are not Bot Likes, So starting some times take time. but they are started and few small ones are even completed. As after 2 Hours Office Time will Close. So if you Order today, your Order start in morning Tomorrow.

Facebook Itself is Showing Error for last 2-3 Hours. So Obviously No way it starts Today. But It will be delivered by 3-5 Working Days and maximum Starts in 12-15 Hours.

I don't get this, this is related to facebook status, how does it effect facebook likes?

It is just an Early Announcement that if In case Facebook start Showing more Errors, as It was not Uploading photos in Morning, now few other errors. So if it come to Likes too. There will be a delay. But no Worries. Teams are working on Likes. So they will be delivered.
