I will be on vacation in Miami from today (March 25th) until next Tuesday (April 1st). Any orders placed within this week will be processed as soon as I am back!

Current orders are still being worked on by my team, you'll just have to wait until I return to get your report!

All I see is a lot of excuses. I requested a refund almost a week ago and have not heard back. As you have not answered my emails or PMs, I will say it here - please process refund ASAP or PP dispute will be filed.

I am not refunding orders that are late, I am sorry about the delays and I am literally doing everything I can to get everything done, I really am. I can't sit here working my ass off and just refund everyone anyway that is absolutely crazy. All of my excuses are true, it's not like I am sitting here trying to take people's money I have nothing to gain by getting orders out late it's only going to effect me negatively. Just bear with me a bit longer while I clear this up.

I am closing orders for now while I catch up, there is simply too many new orders to catch up properly!

ORDERS NOW RE-OPENED - TAT = 7-14 days (This is the general rule, although things occasionally happen and it could take longer!) Also, I have drastically improved the service in the last few days by completely overhauling my site database. I am constantly updating the database however this was a big overhaul which took 3 days straight of me and my team working on!

Please note that during all of the delays a few orders were accidentally skipped. If you are still waiting on an order or wondering about the status of your order, send an email to my support team at [email protected] (PM's / posting in the thread = much longer response time!)

Now that I have a few VA's helping me to fill orders as well as a support team I will be able to handle the huge order load while also keeping in touch with you guys and keeping you in the loop on your orders!
