Time has come for a review. I have waited several days for justin to respond. He does not respond to customers


Quality: 5/10
I ordered one 700 word test article. The topic was really easy with mountains of info. The article read like it was a bunch of jumbled facts from wiki. Poor sentence structure. Lead on sentences. Several grammatical and spelling mistakes. Poor quality and do not intend to use this.


Speed: 8/10
I only score this high because some random person emailed me this content fairly quickly. Yes some random person, not justin. I guess its pretty easy to deliver garbage fast though.


Service: 0/10
His service is nothing but a money pit of doom. His only role in this service seems to be take your money, send order to writer, then he does not even send the order himself, its the writer who will email you the content. I tried several times to pm him and ask for a rewrite or refund and not once did he take the time out of his precious life to bother responding. I have dealt with many service providers, even a few that have been banned. I would go as far as to say justin is the one of the worst providers on BHW. He is nothing more then a money shuttle from you to the writer. He takes no responsibility. You can clearly see the other negative reviews, he does not respond to them either by pm or in this thread. Just post more reviews that I find questionable.


I think it is a sad state when a service provider is either too scared or too self indulged to bother responding to the negative feedback. I am a nice guy and willing to accept them to take more then 5 minutes on my article and fix their mistakes. Based on the other negative reviews in this thread, there is no fixing this crap content, just deleting it. The only response will be his next post ignoring me and posting more of his enlarged pics of reviews to try to drown me out. Shame, I have ordered content from a bunch of other providers here and had nothing but a positive experience. Maybe some time ago he may have been decent, but I guess he just doesn't care about his customers one bit.


Either I am one of the few who have had a poor experience with justin or the others have really low standards, other issues, or more likely lack the ability to leave an honest review. Do the Blackhatworld community a favor, if it stinks, DO NOT provide positive feedback just to help the provider out. You can see how many of the positive reviews are review copies, geez, even if its free, others will end up paying based on your free reviews, BE HONEST. You will only encourage this kind of poor quality service/content.


Justin: Take your time and respond to customers. 30 seconds. The good and the negative will still appreciate some accountability on your part

I just recently read your PM. We are not talking directly in person, so a 24 hour response should not be so unrealistic. Especially, since you said you received the article fairly quickly, but then are not willing to give any time at all for a response?

I am still more then willing to adjust the articles according to your needs, even though your original instructions were not as clear as you claim them to be, and you have no patience whatsoever. To me it sounds like you want a sales copy written article for $7. So, okay.. PM some more instructions, and you will basically be getting another article for the highly priced $7 service. Also, in your instructions please include how you would like the email to look that I will be sending the order from, so that I may conform to your every little detail.

It was 3 days not 24 hours. I would have waited longer, however you posted between then and now.
I assumed you picked a name justin and your real name would not have been *******y. My bad I guess.

Why don't you also adjust the articles I bought from you? I already asked for a revision but you're ignoring me.

It was 24 hours from when I read your PM that I responded to you. Nonetheless, is 3 days too long to wait? Also, thank you for your suggestion with the itrader. The itrader was based on how I felt our transaction was handled. Instead of making assumptions that I was ignoring your PM, there is always the option you can select where you are notified when it is read.

Do you still want me to rewrite your article? Or do you want to continue giving me negative itrader reviews and posting negative comments in my bst?

My honest review:

I ordered 10 x 500 word articles after seeing some very good reviews. Submitted my keywords and gave him a note on what to include in each article. The TAT was about 4 days which was pretty good!
Speed: 8/10

When I received my articles, I was extremely disappointed. There were countless spelling errors and grammatical errors. It honestly seemed like some of the articles were spun or outsourced to a non-english speaking country. It's just that most sentences did not make sense. The research was there, but this is content I could maybe use on a tier 2 site. No way putting this on a tier 1 site.
Research: 8/10
Quality: 3/10

So now I'm ending up writing all these articles again. They are useless to me now. I really hoped that all the past reviews meant I would receive quality articles, but alas, it is too good to be true.

Since quality is the most important aspect of this service, I have to sadly give justin:

4/10
I will definitely NOT order this service again.

I just received my articles and they are well written. My issue was that the automatic email had no contact information in it. Since I made a bulk order, I was hoping that I would have been given an estimate when the articles will be done by. Other than the communication problem, everything else was great.
