1. Are the VAs available to be hired and do custom tasks with the tools available within the period they are hired for?
2. How is working time being tracked?
3. Do you offer trials? I've been disappointed too many times before and want to test my VA before I get to work with him/her for a prolonged period of time.

P.S. Your sales OP states both part-time and full-time assistants are working for 4 hours daily, 5 days a week. I guess the full time ones are taking a 8 hours working day?

currently we have staff of 110. It includes

seo VA's
writers
creative team ( Info graphic, slides, vedios)
and designers

And yes, VA's have all the tools....


2. How is working time being tracked?

we are from India... and salary is On monthly basis. We dont; track on hourly basis

We track On trask basis

say, Full time VA will do

10 package 1

or

5 package 2

and if client, want to do custom work, or want us to work on his/her strategy. we do it. and adjust time accordingly.


3. Do you offer trials? I've been disappointed too many times before and want to test my VA before I get to work with him/her for a prolonged period of time.

we are offering our services at wf since 2011. And it never happened ( 3 cases- one due to quality of nosedive, and one change the mind)


I have to accept with open mind. that 2 days are not enough .


The best solution is.. that.. let us work for say, one week...
and let us do some work.. say package 1..

after seeing the reports, if client is not happy,.. we will go for full refund...

So... not bad option.
