Software works well. Interface isn't as simple as CuteRank which I was using before (developer disappeared), but is definitely more feature-rich. Social stats and Moz stats inclusion is also very nice.
I wish there was a 1-button 'update rankings' instead of 3 clicks - hit Refresh circle, then 'Select SEs', then 'Update Rankings'. API interface would be nice too, or a good CLI so I can use external scheduling to update say, 25 keywords in one project every 15 minutes all day long. I have projects with over 300 keywords, and I don't see a way to only schedule certain chunks of a project.

Developer does a great job of continuously updating the application, and it's well worth the money.

I'm sure it's in the thread but does this support Google maps as well, meaning the seven pack? Does it break out local (seven pack) ranking from organic ranking?

yes it ignores the maps rankings and counts only organic ranking.
