We are trying that.. we cant say for sure due to limitation in google api.. they became more strict now a days...
 
Kindly also add the multiple search engine for one project.

How long does it take for a response? I went to your website and filled out the contact form and included a dropbox link to my DB. This was about a week or two ago. I would really like to get my problem solved!

If you din get response within few mins during working hours then its mostly that your email got caught in spam!

i will check again and we will deploy update again within few hours if there is an issue! Dont worry!! ;)
 
Kindly remove the limitation of ranking graph which is showing only 81 position.

Welcome!! If you had sent support ticket then it would have solved long back.. its difficult to track all emails. :)
 
I have already send a support ticked, 3 day ago and still not received a reply ...
Each time i use the tab "website stats" the software keep crashing !

I am very sorry for this. But as far as i see i have replied to all tickets.

Please Note: We Dont work on Saturdays and sundays. Some times we work if issue is critical.

Please Post your ticket number and we will take it promptly.

Regarding Website stats, We know about this issue and We are working to port it to our web server instead of Application. You will get an update by monday.

If there is anything else do let me know as we want more suggestions and feedbacks to improve our software :)
