I purchased the lifetime subscription, I installed it (un rar'd) the file, logged in, but then "nothing"

It logs in, but then nothing happens. Do I need something special installed? I'm running a normal windows 7 install with recent updates.

There no errors or anything.

I checked you FAQ's and Site, but didn't see anything helpful on there.

can u fix your tool?i got free version that never worked,now i bought monthly subscription and i get same shit "invalid pass/username" . i PM ed u few days ago. my user and pass that work to log on my account but they are not working to log in software.fix your bugs pls.

Nope.. It Cant find.. you can head down to alexa.com and get the info.
