First of all thanks to innosoft for letting me a part of his beta test team. The software is not good ... no it's GREAT!
About the interface : The interface is so simple, that even an idiot could use it.
About the software itself : It's a really great tool that serves the purpose. What I liked most was the social stats tool which is giving accurate information. I had purposely created some videos and then added a few shares and G+ and the software gave the exact numbers. It will be really useful for me in determining what position my competition stands so I can beat their ass of
About the support : Well need I say? You've already seen the quality from the above posts. But I will say it once more, He is almost online all the time and is ready in answering your queries whether through Skype or BHW PMs.
About the updates : I had numerous updates PMed to my e-mail in the short time I reviewed this software. That is a sign of a good software. When you are buying a software that is being frequently updated, you cannot go wrong.
About the features : It suits your needs. You have everything that you will ever need to get a good detail of your site in one place. That's awesome isn't it? Further more, it is way easier than some of the other tools I have come across. That's even greater.
All in all, it is a really great software and you should really try it out. I am most definitely buying this software once my test run expires. This will be a boost and a save of time for my campaigns which usually lasts hours.
