Got a review copy from OP. All the tumblr blogs were PR3+. I have checked some of the blogs randomly and all of them had a PA above 25, which is very good. The quality of these blogs are very good.

It is too early to see any movements but surely there will be an impact from this since the links are High PR and do-follow.

MY REVIEW:
I was opportune to receive a Review copy before this service was launched, and i can tell you without mincing words that the results is outstanding.
The work done is so professional that i will gladly recommend it to anyone who want to see a serp change.
First, my articles are highly spunned and readable and all of it has an image attached to it. but what matters most is the ranking.... here is my ranking report after this service.

One of my keywords has jumped from #105 to #51 (local monthly search for this keyword is 9,900)
Another keyword moved from #69 to #40 (Local monthly search is 1,600)
Am also ranking for long tail keywords!

And not just that- OP said there will be a second tier GSA blast for 30 days for my blog posts and this is still going on now.
Am very sure in a couple of weeks i will be hitting the first page. I will let you guys know if there is any change.
Also, i will not be building any links to my site for the 1 months.
AM 99% sure if you use this service, you will see a serp change.

MY DETAILED REVIEW:

I received a review copy before this service was launched on BST.

Quality of tumblr blogs - The quality of blogs are outstanding, they have different theme with different users. They also have some buffer post (no link post) to look like natural.

Post quality - I reviewed all of the links and I saw that my links are contains related spun unique articles, It does make sense but they have minor grammar mistakes. Another thing, all of the article contains related images too.

Pagerank and OBL - I got PR3 - PR4 tumblr links with just 15-25 OBLs, that's insane!

I used this on a local client site with NO CONTENT just a domain. And the keywords are up from #61-#9 and #13-#7.

I will try to put unique content on the site and will update this review.

Both the keywords were dancing between 100- 300+ spots before
Site is now ranking #1 for both the keywords, a Picture can speak more. Check it out yourself.

I got a report on completion, All tumblr blogs have good Authority and are PR 3+
Op also did a tier 2 for those tumblr blogs for me, which is an added benefit.
So if your looking to spread your backlinks on a tumblr platform, Just go ahead and try it out.
