Yes, all orders are automatically sent to submission right after payment was done.

Turn around time is stated in sales page. Sometimes report might late few days if we had server issues, but usually it is on time
 
Purchased on the July 5th. TAT is listed as 10 days. Asked for an update on the 16th, and you said I'd get the report soon. Today is the 25th, and I have still not received any report.

12 days past the TAT and still waiting for that report.... This is the third time I've had to check here. Not a big deal if you can't do the job; just refund the payment.
 
Place an order 15 days ago, I still can't see the report and no new backlink to my 1tier.
 
I wanted to order this, but concerned about the latest reviews suggesting the turnaround time being considerably late.

If I order today, when will I receive a complete report?
