Edit: nevermind, OP clarified the tiers earlier in this thread. Just for anyone who is confused, social media tier and "2nd tier" are actually TIER 1, and "tier 3" is actually TIER 2 pointing to the non social media backlinks (guest posts, web 2.0s, etc.) in TIER 1.
