1) Does your semi private proxies can be use for youtube because i heard that when on youtube, it need to use virgin private proxies that only 1 person to use it so that the youtube account will not easily get banned fast?

Woke up this morning and checked them and they all seem fine. I have just purchased another 40 for a project I have in the works.

What is the website URL you purchased proxies from? I guess you purchased proxies from some where else and I guess that because the transaction ID you provided doesn't exists on our transaction history logs and our company isn't based in Hong Kong but we're an USA based company and you mentioned that you were charged $24 but as you can clearly see we do not have any proxy package for $24 check by your self on our website home page: http://cheapprivateproxies.org/ Please let us know the URL of the website you purchased proxies from and 2checkout transaction number to help you further.

Yes it's already in the FAQ page on our website, You will get new & fresh proxies after 30 days of using them and upon request, to send a request open a support ticket in client area.
