At this moment we only provide proxies with IPORT:USERASS which has password authentication and at this moment IP authentication isn't possible but we will include this in the future.

Very normal this is what happen when you skip the "Thank You" page where we redirect you just after you made the payment, on Thank You page we have clearly mentioned about this:

Order Verification & Delivery Process

1. Check your email inbox you'll see few emails already sent from us including "Welcome" and "Order Confirmation" (if you don't see them please check in the SPAM folder and white list our email address).

2. Feel free to login to the client area and explore meanwhile you receive the email "Invoice Payment Confirmation" (which is the official receipt for your payment after the verification process is completed).

3. Don't be panic if you see your invoice is not mark as paid, it'll be marked as paid after the verification process and then you'll receive an email "Invoice Payment Confirmation" from us.

This is how 2checkout and billing system works your payment needs to be verified first and then your invoice will be marked as paid.
