Bought proxies a couple hours ago Invoice CPPR-593 sent on 22/09/2013, I know it's Saturday but shouldn't this be activated shortly? Given that this is a billing cycle, it makes no sense to lose a day for the proxies to be delivered while still paying for their "use" during the activation time.

We're working all 7 days of the week and even during weekends we do our best to process all your orders As Soon As Possible, due to the nature of 2co verification process we have to wait until we receive a confirmation from them which may take few minutes to few hours but usually does not take more than 15 minutes, proxies are also like hosting accounts they need to be setup first before you can use them and that's the fact, hope you understand.
