Update: Thought only an extra 6K+ views was sent on top of the 5K+ views I purchased,but Youtube took its time to catch up with views, OP actually sent 23K+ views or maybe more, video has shot up to first page for my main keyword and 2nd page for the second keyword on youtube. ;)

Yes it is safe. As any YouTuve service provider will tell you , your accounts or videos are removed most commonly after breaching copyright or if they are promoting hate or other subjects not permitted by YouTube.
 
YouTube is currently messing around with suppliers and I NEVER sell under-par services so, just in case, I will temporarily be closing this service until I am satisfied with the stability of what I can provide.
