Turnaround time is factored by the amount of people joining in the queue and the returning clients orders.

That is why I usually lock the orders after 4-7 clients are in because some of them order BULK orders, while returning clients can also come back in bunches and order BULK and other sources where we advertise this service could come in and order BULK, it is not uncommon to do 10-40 sites in a month for us to finish, we need to close shop for a few days to accommodate and keep up the quality for the customers and upcoming clients.

Also do not be scared and worry too much, been doing this for quiet a while now and any marketing endeavor is a risk, if you are not the risk taking type success will be far away.

To those folks asking for their adult niche, or adult dating site.
My answer is that the adult niche is not allowed in most of the free social sites out there, thus making advertising and posting there futile as the accounts and the posting will get banned.

Whilst for the adult dating niche, if the main site being promoted, or the homepage dont show nude or NSFW content, then it is a go for the web 2.0 and web3.0 properties promotion
