i'd like to say i am purchasing email accounts from BanditIM and I purchased .ru accounts but they were all blocked due to a recent update. I was immediately refunded and the yahoo accounts are working great.

There was an email sent out yesterday to all subscribers regarding these issues. If you unsubscribed that could be the reason you are not aware.

Anyways, we're done with the server move, please open a ticket up now (about to go fix the captcha issue now) if you still haven't received your BIMs. Thanks for your patience.

i haven't received that email regarding to the issues either and i'm pretty sure i haven't unsubscribed from the mailing list (i'm getting the support emails from the purchases)

anyway, i have another question:
when will be hotmails in stock again?
site says try it in an hour, but that's since at least a day, that's when i tried it first since my last purchase

if you have trouble with the service, it'd be a good idea to update your sales threads with the info here too, not just sending out a support email which i didn't even receive, before your clients get their own ideas and move on

i asked a question before in your mail.ru thread, it was ignored, you still haven't replied to my question in this thread either when you were clearly online since then

everybody can have troubles, but this is not how you operate a business or why do you have sales threads here, if you don't care about them?!

I apologize for the lack of communication on this forum. The moderators pissed me off demanding I give them $150 worth of Yahoo accounts to "test" with, so I've avoided this place for a while now. I'll try being better with responding on my current threads from now on.

well, i did unsubscribe, my bad, it must have caught in my last unsubscribing spree by accident

but why can't we have an explanation here or at least an ETA when there will be email accs in stock in again, the info on your site which says check back in an hour is not reliable at all, because it's the case since days now
there's no update about this on the linked blog

at first i tried to order hotmails, that's when i first see the message that there are no emails available, there were no mail.ru accs either at that time, but there were still yahoos, now yahoos are gone too and there's NO email accounts to order from any type

it's not like i'm asking the impossible, just an ETA

We have accouts now . Nokiamail appears to be the only reliable source (they're a damn good provider for backlinking though), and they're a heck of a lot cheaper than Yahoo.

Hotmail is kinda dead again. I only recommend Nokiamail, we're looking into trying to improve Hotmail some more though.
