These accounts are meant to be used with SEO tools, mostly backlink software. We recommend GSA SER, but everyone ha their own reasons for using the accounts.

Even if the accounts are blocked or limited, you can still connect using the POP3 protocol and retrieve the messages.
It appears that an email is used to create several aliases and if one of the aliases is blocked for spamming, all of the other aliases are blocked too.

You get what you paid for - extremely cheap emails for validating accounts. DON'T use them for emailing, you will be disappointed. I bought a few hundred 1-2 weeks ago and they are still alive. Good service, but not what i was looking for. Anyway, good luck with your sales.
