I am very annoyed with this service. Today money has come out of my paypal account for another month of this service even though I had already unsubscribed. The OP is never on skype and hasn't even been on here for several days. I am requesting that the OP unsubscribed my account and refunds the payment that was taken from my account today. The jump from the starter package of 1,000 links to 30,000 links is too big. I think you should have a package for 1 website with 10-15k links. I don't want to pay for 30k links for 3 websites when I don't need it. ;-)

My site hit by penguin 2.1, as i read above you are not providing link removal only giving reports the question is how can i work on those crappy links some links are not created by me i have no access to remove them because its created by fiverr guy which is not in my hand to remove them. can you provide proper disavow process and format according to google.

However, if you got hit by Penguin this means you'll need to check your website constantly because there might appear some new bad links or some of the good ones might turn bad overnight and you can't be 100% sure that your site is safe.
