I've been using them for almost a year now, got several shared hosting packages from them (1 business plan and couple of starter plans). About a a year ago they had some great discount promo codes, currently there seems to be at least one active.

All in all I've liked their service, and while there has been some problems they usually have been taken care of pretty fast. On the other hand, during some periods problems seemed to happen all too often. For some time it's been looking better.

Speed also seems to be problem every now and then, but I guess that probably happens with all shared hostings, cause other sites/services are using (and abusing) same resources.

All my tickets have gotten responses quickly, and I've gotten fix/advice that I've been looking for everytime. Only pending problem has been with my previous Host when tried to transfer domain (but that was not BlueAngel's fault at all).

Not a high class/premium service, BUT if you are looking cheap and working solution, I would recommend them. Worth of money specially with their discount codes.

2chekout seems to be removed from your service and i coudn't pay the invoice of that and now my service is suspended.

i can't use the other payment services you support, some of them takes weeks to confirm the credit card.

please give me a solution to pay with paypal or direct credit card. i need my sites back up running.

You guys are scammer you said my backup deleted but how. When I have purchased hosting there was Paypal option to pay but not now. So give me my site backup or give me a paypal addres so i can pay for hosting otherwise give me my site backup.
