If i order the FULLY MANAGED Russia dedicated server would it include cpanel? So all i need to do is add domains?
Ans: management is for the installation and configuration of whm/cpanel the license you have to buy separately.


I will be running proxy sites and porn too. What about dmca? Would i get suspended?

Also what kind of support would i receive?
Ans: initially we will do free website migration from your previous host, in future you have to take care of everything, we will only take care of the hardware problems,

Yes if you are new to dedicated servers then getting a full server management will be good for you

Gotta say that the support is excellent! they migrated my old sites very fast and working ( joomla cms )

Not quitte sure about uptime or speeds yet, thats something I'll have to find out in time.

Every time my server comes back online it gets ddos attacked!
Had no access for over 3 days now

changing the server ip is useless because the new ip will get attack too, you need DDOSS protection as I had told you before on a ticket.

However my support staff suggested to install Litespeed on your dedicated server and he is installing some custom script for protection if still your server goes down because of DDOSS then you have to use Hardware firewall, as I have suggested you before
