I just bought a Shared Business Plan for my "download copyrighted apk files" site.
I was told I couldn't use Shared plans for that because "If your website is based around a user downloading files, you will need to look into a VPS solution. " - All good till here.

Then I asked via ticket if I could host an "image & gifs porn gallery" site (where nobody will download anything) and this was the answer :
"As i told you before that if you want to use shared hosting, you may not be able to host the files, our team whenever finds you are hosting images/videos/files on shared server they will terminate your account, only embed links are allowed on shared server. For file hosting you may need a VPS or Dedicated server"

My question is: What am I supposed to host in shared plans?? Whats with "Disk Space: Unlimited"?

Anyone has had any similar problem?

we do not allow any kind of image sharing / video sharing / file sharing website the problem is not about how much space you will use the problem is you need more CPU and Ram resources for this kind of website,
Note: every website has images in it and html pages but every website is not related to image sharing. we have clients who are using 1MB space to 10GB space or more but they have only multiple wordpress sites or other cms scripts but they are not hosting any kind of video sharing or image sharing sites.

So, as my support staff told you that you need a VPS for your website. the point is you require dedicated resources of CPU and Ram.

Note: don't always look around for disk space and bandwidth in a hosting plan there are lots of factors involved in hosting a site on a shared or Virtual or dedicated environment.

for 20 to 50 ips you can use dedicated server , and email marketing is allowed, but we do not provide any kind of support for 3rd party email marketing softwares
