i am new to web hosting and i am kinda of tired playing with daily downtime and turtle loading speed (60sec / 3.4mb ) . I do not know what you are doing with your new powerful server migration, i just want to know when your server is stable ? If can't , i will just transfer to another web host and you can keep those money. i waiting for your reply because i am lazy to transfer and is pretty hard to look for reliable "offshore" web hosting.

Yep, I'm still waiting for activation. It's been three days now. I guess you guys are busy trying to deal with the new servers, so I'll wait a bit longer, but I can't wait forever.

Urgent problem: I can not access my WP since you updated. When I try to access my WP login screen I get this error:
"Error establishing a database connection...This could mean your host's database server is down."
I really need to access one of my sites to update crucial things, please fix this immediately.

Same here . I get Database error if I try to access my website or my WP .

I just got an email from them saying they're still upgrading their servers and will activate once the upgrade is complete. I'm assuming this is why people are having trouble with a database connection.

I don't know what's wrong but even cpanel doesn't load up properly, let alone loading the site.
Not even 7 days are passed, and from what I see I think I made the wrong decision choosing this hosting. I will wait for 1-2 days to see if this problem gets sorted and if not I have to transfer my site to some other hosting.
P.S.- I don't even know what's using all the resources of the server, because it surely isn't my site. It is very light because it's not finished yet.

Do not recommend. Been with blueangel for a few months. A lot of downtime, slow loading and many issues. With the sever migration (which is taking like a week) its like 50% downtime and if sites are loading, it takes forever... Lost a lot of money. I'd be OK with paying twice of what blueangle is currently asking for shared hosting, if only they did their job.
Im getting VPS elsewhere, cuz I simply do not thrust em anymore.

It seems like everything has been fixed. I can access everything again and my sites are now faster than before the server change.
I would say it was worth the trouble if the speed remains this way

I can't access my website past two days and they won't even both helping. They are trying to deny support, by playing 'dumb' that they didn't understand my question and reply once per 48 hours. I wouldn't recommend this hosting to anyone! They are not professionals at all. Probably some cheap resellers.

we have completed the migration process, we are now waiting for the DNS propagation which will take about 4 hours to 24 hours. after that you will not face any slow site loading or downtime. Sorry for the inconvenience

now more than 24 hours have passed and my site still doesn't load. How much more time is it gonna take for DNS propagation and how long before I can use my account?
I am confused and I think I should ask for a refund and move to alibabahost, at least they don't have this much bad support.

My sites were working fine since yesterday, but now they all return the error "Error establishing a database connection"...
My website has been down like the entire day . It either does not load at all or loads in like 30 seconds. Took me about 1 hour to edit one sentence on my website because of all this downtime, I am getting 504 gateway errors, database errors and sometimes it just redirects my website to cpanel .
