Same with me, website has been down for hours now and I noticed there were problems all the week (even though those ones were small down times) . I hope there wont be any more problems after this one is fixed .

It is STILL offline... Or at least VERY slow... I am hoping that this is the last downtime because I am considering a transfer since I am losing alot of customers in all of these precious hours.

Yep, my website is up... But for how long. And it is loading pretty slow as well. I can make changes to my website alright but people viewing my website will not be thrilled with the loading speed. Anyway, I hope this is the last time servers are down or I will be unfortunately forced to transfer my domain.
EDIT: No I actually cannot edit my website at all. Back-end loading way too slow.

Same here, it's taking around 5 mins for WHM/cpanel to load & even telnet/SSH is very slow.

My account just got suspended. What the hell???
today we have suspended lots of hosting accounts which are hosting illegal stuff. we clearly mention in our TOS that you are not allowed to host audio/video files and you are not allowed to use the shared hosting as a file storage or as a file sharing, we are giving unlimited diskspace but there are clients who don't take it seriously,
kindly contact the support department and remove all the content which you are not allowed to host, or your accounts can be terminated.
and yes we have full rights to do it.

i only have 1domain here and i use reinsteckers method which is wpsite w/ adult pics & my main site was just an embeded videos from other site(which is said on the TOS that we can "EMBED VIDEOS")....

Users may not initiate the following:
A) Use 15% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
B) Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed.
C) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD. D) Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
E) Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492, etc
F) Run any video/music/file sharing intensive site ( Linking or embed videos are allowed)
Allowed Content
We allow most of the content on our shared/reseller accounts. Until it does not violate Bulgaria Laws. Warez linking, video streaming (embeded only) is allowed on our servers until we get any court orders from Bulgaria regarding the hosted content. We don't terminate any hosting account we just suspend the accounts under severe condtions, and send out warning emails, but if there is no reply from the affected client. We reserve full rights to terminate the account.
if you still think that your content can create any problem please mail us at [email protected]
Using a shared account as a backup/storage device is not permitted, with the exception of one cPanel backup of the same account.
Unacceptable Material
Hosting of audio/video files is strictly prohibited ( linking is allowed)<- THIS MEANS WE CAN UPLOAD PICS!
IRC Scripts/Bots
Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
IP Scanners
Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to Rapidshare)
Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com).
shared hosting may not be used for massive file storage systems, or backup storage solutions. Clients are also not authorized to use shared/reseller hosting for the hosting of download mirrors. If your website is based around a user downloading files, you will need to look into a VPS solution.
