small update
in the last few days I got some disputes from PayPal regarding some orders placed between 24 Dec to 29 Dec, clients open a dispute and said he did not received any hosting details.
Now here is what some people doing.
1. signup with an email i.e [email protected]
2. then paid by another email which is related to his/her PayPal. i.e [email protected]
3. Now you are waiting for email to receive on [email protected] Note: we send emails regarding billing and hosting details only to that email which you use to signup.
4. Now, some of the people send me emails on my PayPal email Note that I check that email after 5 or 10 days.
So, Kindly if you ever get any issue I suggest you to open a support ticket at http://www.billing.blueangelhost.com or mail us at [email protected] and we will respond to your issues within 10 min to 1 hour max.

Thanks for replying to my pm, I guess I will go with the standard VPS and I will include the cpanel and management , and you will install the SSL cert for me

yes we allow gambling sites as long as you are not scamming, you can host it on Bulgaria located Servers.
both mencoder and mplayer are already installed and the hosting is ready for streaming, but as I mention lots of times you can't host the video files directly on the shared hosting server, but you can embed the videos.
if you want to host the videos also then you need to buy the vps or dedicated server
